2025 PHX ALLSTARS Coaching & Staff Application

The PHX ALLSTARS, established in 2008, have grown into one of the most prestigious and respected Allstar football programs in the country. Over the years, we’ve built a proud alumni of players and coaches who have gone on to achieve success at the high school, collegiate, and even professional levels. Our program has always stood for grit, opportunity, and elite competition.

Coming off an 8th Grade National Championship in 2024 and strong showings from 12U (2–1) and 10U (2–1), the excitement and momentum are at an all-time high. In 2025, our mission is simple: Win it all at every level — 8th Grade, 12U/11U, and 10U/9U.

We are looking to add coaches and staff to join us on this journey.

Open Positions (per division: 8th Grade, 12U, 10U)

• Head Coach (HC)

• Offensive Coordinator (OC)

• Defensive Coordinator (DC)

• Positional Coaches: DB / WR / RB / LB / OL / DL

• Business Manager (1): Works directly with the Allstar Director and staff, handling logistics, communication, and administration.

• MPR Staff (2): Tracks player participation to ensure compliance with AYF Nationals minimum play requirements; works closely with the Business Manager.

Important Note: If you are selected as staff, your son(s) automatically make the roster.

Staff Benefits

• Covered by PHX ALLSTARS: Lodging, meals, and vans.

• Flights: May also be covered depending on sponsorship.

• Optional: Staff may choose to stay with family at personal expense.

2025 Tryout & Practice Schedule

(Coaches still active with their regular-season teams during playoffs/regionals may join after their season ends. We ask that coaches be available for Sunday camps/combines.)

• Oct 19 (SUN) | PHX Allstars Camp | 10AM @ McClintock HS, Tempe

• Oct 26(SUN) | PHX Allstars Camp | 10AM @ Pioneer Park, Peoria

• Nov 2 (SUN) | Combine & Media Day @ ASU Verde Dickey Dome, Tempe
     • Stadium/Facility Tours: 9–10AM (Stadium NE Entrance)
     • Combine & Media Day: 10:30AM–1PM

• Nov 5 (WED) | Padded Tryouts (Shells) | 6:45–9PM

• Nov 6 (THU) | Padded Tryouts (Shells) | 6:45–9PM

• Nov 9 (SUN) | Padded Tryouts + 1st Practice (Shells)

Practices: Begin Nov 9 and run Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays until we depart for AYF Nationals in Naples, FL (Dec 6–14). Coaches with active playoff teams are expected to attend on their personal team’s off-days until their season concludes.

Code of Conduct & League Rule

Per AZYFL rules, Allstar Coaches and Staff are strictly prohibited from recruiting PHX ALLSTARS players to their personal teams. This falls under the “Prior Contact Rule” — meaning a player cannot join a Coach/Staff’s regular-season team (outside of their current team) for a full calendar year, including Spring & Fall 2026.
