ABOUT OUR MESSAGING PROGRAM

PHX ALLSTARS operates youth football camps, tryouts, combines, events, and National Team programs. Our SMS and MMS messaging programs serve adult parents, guardians, and coaches interested in or participating in these activities.

MESSAGE TYPES

Depending on your consent selections, you may receive:

Informational messages: Registration confirmations, participant reminders, schedule or location changes, practice information, uniform details, travel reminders, and team announcements.

Marketing messages: Invitations to camps, tryouts, combines, and events; registration opportunities; and PHX ALLSTARS promotional announcements.

Messages may contain text, images, or links.

CONSENT

Marketing and informational consent are collected separately through optional checkboxes that are unchecked by default. You may select either, both, or neither.

Providing a mobile number or submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you. You receive only the message categories you consent to receive.

Consent is not a condition of registration or purchase. You must own the mobile number provided or be authorized to consent to messages sent to that number.

FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

Message frequency varies based on your subscriptions and program participation. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

UNSUBSCRIBING

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from PHX ALLSTARS text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your request.

Unsubscribing does not cancel an event registration or team participation.

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and device compatibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

We may update these terms or modify or discontinue our messaging programs. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will obtain new consent before implementing changes.

EVENT REGISTRATION

These terms cover our SMS and MMS communications. Event eligibility, fees, cancellation and refund policies, participation requirements, and waivers are provided separately during registration.
