PHX ALLSTARS Privacy Policy

Effective Date: JAN 1, 2026
Website: https://www.phxallstarsfb.com

PHX ALLSTARS respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through our website, registration and recruitment forms, communications, and program activities.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information, including names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers.

  • Parent or guardian contact information.

  • Athlete information provided for recruitment or registration, such as name, age, team, division, position, and relevant athletic experience.

  • Information you provide through inquiries, registrations, recruitment submissions, or other forms.

  • Communication preferences and records of SMS consent, including when and how consent was provided.

  • Basic technical information collected by our website provider, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited.

When registration or payment takes place through an outside platform, that platform may collect additional information under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Process registrations and recruitment submissions.

  • Evaluate eligibility and coordinate program participation.

  • Communicate with athletes, parents, guardians, and coaches.

  • Provide camp, tryout, schedule, registration, and event updates.

  • Respond to questions and provide support.

  • Send promotional communications when the appropriate consent has been provided.

  • Maintain records, protect our services, and meet applicable obligations.

Submitting a registration, recruitment form, or inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing text messages.

3. SMS Communications and Consent

PHX ALLSTARS sends text messages only with appropriate consent. Depending on your selections, messages may include program updates, tryout and camp information, registration reminders, event notifications, or promotional announcements.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of registration or purchase. SMS consent checkboxes are not checked by default.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe request. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

We maintain consent and unsubscribe records to respect your communication preferences. Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel an existing registration.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may provide information necessary to operate our programs to authorized staff and service providers supporting registration, website hosting, form processing, payments, or communications. These providers may use that information only to perform services for us, rather than for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect participants, investigate fraud, or protect legal rights.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent applies to PHX ALLSTARS. It does not authorize another organization to send its own marketing messages.

5. Youth and Parent or Guardian Information

Our programs serve youth athletes. Parents or legal guardians should provide or authorize information submitted about their children.

Our website and contact forms are intended for use by adults, including parents, guardians, and coaches. Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through our website.

If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information without appropriate parental authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.

6. Cookies and Website Technology

Our website provider may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website and understand how visitors use it.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website features.

7. Information Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to administer programs, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We may retain limited consent and unsubscribe records to prevent unwanted future messages.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for an athlete before completing a request.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, administrative, or program-related purposes.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. For emails containing an unsubscribe option, use that option or contact us directly.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to outside registration platforms, payment services, social media pages, or other websites.

Those services have their own privacy policies. This policy covers information handled by PHX ALLSTARS and does not control the independent practices of outside services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our programs or practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
